Are you getting the best results from ChatGPT? Many people use AI for business tasks but don’t always get the quality output they expect. The key to success lies in how you prompt.

To help you experience the difference between a weak and a strong prompt, we’ve prepared a document with 10 real-world business use cases. Each case includes:

✅ A beginner-level prompt that leads to generic, unsatisfying results.
✅ A refined prompt that follows best practices and produces high-quality output.

Your Task:

1. Download the Word file using the button below.
2. Copy each beginner prompt into ChatGPT and see the results.
3. Then try the improved prompts in a new chat and compare the difference in quality. 
4. Reflect: How does the structure, tone, and detail of a prompt impact the output?

Background:

We want to make our company more visible on LinkedIn, but we actually don’t have time for it. Fortunately, we can use AI to support this process.

Since we haven’t developed a clear style ourselves (and don’t have time to do so), we want our LinkedIn posts to resemble the style of a company we like: PromptGorillas! This means that the length, structure, and use of emojis in our posts should be similar to their style.

Excersise:

Write an AI prompt that generates a LinkedIn post introducing our new employee, Fred. Fred is starting in the Sales department, and we want a post that:
✅ Is enthusiastic and inviting
✅ In terms of length, structure, and use of emojis, resembles the style of the other company

Game rules:

➡️ The prompt must immediately generate a good result in one message (no follow-up instructions in the chat).
